Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Dhaka, Bangladesh; 1992.

Professional Experience:
Mr. Kamal has over twenty (20) years of experience in engineering and construction industry. He is a licensed professional engineer eligible to practice engineering in the State of Texas. Mr. Kamal’s experience ranges from engineering design of hotels, senior homes, apartment complexes, condos, hotels, shopping centers and service stations. Mr. Kamal has also successfully supervised and completed the construction of Senior Living Facilities, several large shopping centers, apartment complexes, service stations and dry cleaning facilities in the Dallas Fort Worth Metropolitan area. He has successfully supervised the construction of several medium size independent hotels (Ocean View, & Sea Gull), cyclone shelters and community centers.

Mr. Kamal is a member of numerous professional organizations such as American Society of Civil Engineers, Texas Society of Professional Engineers & American Society of Environmental Professionals.

Professional Experience:
Mr. Syed is a highly motivated Engineering professional, possessing 20 years of increasingly responsible and diversified experience with effective skills in problem solving, project management, system design and implementation in both private and public sector of the State of Texas. Mr. Syed researched on aerodynamic noise sources for Ford Motor Company at Texas Tech University which was a major source of Ford Taurus noise reduction project. Mr. Syed served as an assistant professor at the Mechanical Department of BUET for more than 2 years teaching in fluid mechanics, heating and ventilation systems, and advanced engineering courses.

Name: Lilia Poliakova
Position : Staff Engineer

Ukraine Polytechnical Institute, Kiev, Ukraine, 1993

Professional Experience:
Ms. Poliakova has over six years of experience in engineering and construction industry. She is an Engineer-in-Trainee and currently working toward obtaining professional engineer license in Texas. Ms. Poliakova’s experience includes construction of large sewage treatment plants, water treatment plants and high-rise apartments. Currently Ms. Poliakova prepares construction documents and assists in the procurement of materials for construction projects. In addition, she supervised construction of several national chain restaurants, coin operated laundry, and medical and dental clinics.

Name: Martty Moon
Position : Project Engineer

Masters of Engineering (M.E.) in Mechanical Engineering:

Bachelors of Science (B.Sc.) in Electronic Engineering:
DeVry University, Dallas, Texas, 1992

Professional Experience:
Mr. Moon has over ten years of engineering experience. Mr. Moon’s experience is mostly with local city projects. As a project engineer at DFW Airport, he prepared schedule using Critical Path Method (CPM) in order to expedite project completion. As a Graduate Student at the university of Texas at Arlington, he conducted research on Traffic Management for the DFW Airport.

As a staff Engineer at MJR, Mr. Moon assists in civil engineering design and construction management. In addition, Mr. Moon also designs and supervises installation of HVAC system for new projects.

Name: Sherilyn Adam
Position : Project Architect

Educational Background:
Bachelors of Science (B.Sc.) in Architecture, Texas A & M University, College Station, Texas, 1986

Professional Experience:
Ms. Adam has over fifteen years of experience in the design of buildings, public recreational facilities and Parks. Specifically, Ms. Adam worked as design architect for Annheiser Bush Theme Park in Orlando, Florida for several years. As a design architect, Ms. Adam designed facilities to house games and recreational activities.

As a Project Architect at MJR, Ms. Adam assists in Architectural design development and construction management.
